American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to join our store team and support Floorset execution while upholding AEO Brand Standards. You will train and coach the Floorset crew and ensure all areas—tables, displays, and stock—meet core standards.

In this role you’ll focus on replenishment, sell-through adjustments and merchandising day-to-day operations, partnering with leadership to drive guest-focused experiences. Flexible availability and retail know-how are a plus.

• You support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring your store is always representative of AEO Brand Standards.
• Floorsets are your 'thing'! You drive killer Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting productivity goals, and executing Floorset standards across the store.
• You're a merchandising innovator: you own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment to keep the store in top shape.
• You have a teamwork mentality: you help maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments and replenishment.
• You're a people person: you ensure the merchandising team's priority is guest experience and celebrate wins with the team.
• Integrity is your middle name: you ensure store safety and shrink-reduction measures are followed as per policy.
