Job summary

Blue Nile is seeking a Manager of Visual Merchandising to define and execute the in-store visual expression of the Blue Nile brand. This role will guide product presentation across showrooms, ensuring the environment makes the assortment easy to understand and inspiring to shop.

The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years of progressive visual merchandising experience in luxury retail, with a strong sense of product and brand alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising or related field.
• 5–8+ years of progressive visual merchandising experience in jewelry, luxury, fashion, or specialty retail.
• Strong visual instincts with ability to translate strategy into executable standards.

Responsibilities

• Own product placement and visual merchandising standards across Blue Nile showrooms.
• Develop adjacency strategies to create intuitive customer journeys.
• Establish case layouts, density, focal points and storytelling moments.
• Create scalable visual guidelines and planograms for different store footprints.
• Partner with Store Planning to implement merchandising in new/remodeled locations.
• Develop in-store animations for holidays and key selling periods.
• Collaborate across Merchandising, Retail, Creative, Marketing and Operations.
