Job summary

Blue Nile is seeking a Merchandising Manager for Designers and Collections to drive day-to-day strategy, performance, and evolution of the assortment. You will combine merchant instincts with product knowledge, analytics, and customer insight to optimize the Blue Nile offering.

You will own category-level analysis across assortment, pricing, and lifecycle, coordinating with Site Merchandising, Creative, and Retail to present collections that are inspiring and intuitive online and in-store.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business/analytics field.
• 3–5+ years merchandising experience with strong diamond/product knowledge or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to translate data into strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop category strategy and ownership in partnership with leadership.
• Translate category strategies into actionable assortment, pricing, and lifecycle plans.
• Collaborate with Site Merchandising, Marketing, and Tech to present compelling collections.
• Define collection storytelling and optimize hero products for visibility and conversion.
• Support launches from concept through assortment planning and post-launch analysis.
