Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the specialty retail industry.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply company visual merchandising standards and concepts.
• Collaborate on floor sets, window displays, and inventory replenishment.
• Be the sales supervisor and oversee daily activities as scheduled.
• Provide performance feedback to management based on observations.
