Job summary

QVC Group is seeking a Visual Merchandising Lead for our Tysons Corner, Virginia location. You will deliver excellence in guest experience through visual presentation, floor sets, and inventory replenishment, promoting Ballard Designs brand at every encounter.

You will report to the Store Leader and supervise daily activities, ensuring floor coverage and achieving sales goals while upholding brand standards and guest service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the specialty retail industry.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50lbs.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Outlook, and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• A clear understanding of company visual merchandising standards and concepts
• Work collaboratively on floor sets, window display planning, and replenishment of inventory to create an extraordinary guest experience
• Be the sales supervisor and oversee daily activities as scheduled by management to ensure floor coverage and goal awareness
• Provide relevant performance feedback to the management team based on observation of the store team
