Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. is seeking a Visual Merchandising Lead to drive guest experience through compelling visual presentation. You will promote Ballard Designs brand standards, lead an empowered team, and ensure store programs exceed expectations.

Reporting to the Store Leader, you’ll collaborate on floor sets and displays to elevate the customer journey. Your role requires 3+ years in specialty retail, flexible scheduling, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the specialty retail industry.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays for floor-set execution.
• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50lbs.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Outlook, and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• A clear understanding of company visual merchandising standards and concepts.
• Work collaboratively on floor sets, window display planning, and replenishment of inventory to create an extraordinary guest experience.
• Be the sales supervisor and oversee daily activities as scheduled by management to ensure floor coverage and goal awareness.
• Provide relevant performance feedback to the management team based on observation of the store team.
