Job summary

American Eagle is seeking a Merchandise Leader to be the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand, driving Floorset execution and brand visual standards to keep the store guest-ready and replenishment efficient.

You will train and coach the Floorset team, set clear productivity goals, protect store safety, and foster a cooperative, recognition-rich culture that delivers great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising and Floorset execution.
• Ability to train and coach teams to achieve Floorset standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand visuals.

Responsibilities

• You have a passion for merchandising and drive guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader.
• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team and setting clear productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment with a proactive game plan with leadership.
• Support the team in maintaining AEO Brand Standards and a guest-focused store culture.
• Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the team.
• Maintain store safety standards and shrink-reducing strategies in line with AEO policies.
