This hourly, non-exempt role requires flexibility, physical stamina, and willingness to travel to support other stores.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of transferrable experience welcome; previous keyholder responsibilities preferred.
• Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends.
• May travel to support other stores.

Responsibilities

• Set garment presentation on the sales floor and windows per Commercial Handbook.
• Lead and coach store team to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Ensure visual identity aligns with brand guidelines and campaigns.
• Complete morning routines and maintain visual props in store.
