Ballard Designs is seeking a Visual Merchandising Lead in Mount Pleasant, SC to elevate guest experience through compelling visual presentation. You will lead floor sets, plan window displays, and coordinate inventory replenishment to showcase our brand in-store.

You will supervise daily store activities, drive sales, and mentor the team while aligning with brand standards. The role requires 3+ years in specialty retail and a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in specialty retail with visual merchandising experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply company visual merchandising standards.
• Collaborate on floor sets, window displays and inventory replenishment.
• Act as sales supervisor to cover floor and achieve goals.
• Provide performance feedback to the store leadership team.
