• Translate corporate guidelines and set directives to elevate store presentation.
• Develop and inspire the team to increase home furnishing interest and create demand for solutions.
• Secure relevant range presentation solutions, store layouts, and store communication.
• Challenge the team to develop short-term and long-term opportunities.
• Ensure store teams understand store layout, range presentation, and communication.
• Communicate local market knowledge to ensure customer needs are met.
• Understand interior design, visual merchandising, and graphic design concepts.
