Job summary

IKEA in Conshohocken, PA is seeking a creative leader to drive the ComIn (communication and visual merchandising) team. You will guide planning, execution, and evaluation of store communication initiatives, supporting workshops and maintaining concept and commercial review standards.

Responsibilities include shaping strategies to enhance range presentation and ensure consistency with IKEA’s visual and verbal identity, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and sharing best practices

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience using graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and production tools including printers, pre-press production, and print techniques.
• Experience with ordering, purchasing, and working with budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ComIn team and collaborate with other store functions to strengthen IKEA identity in store communications.
• Own planning and implementation of store communications to improve range presentation and convey benefits of the IKEA Concept.
• Develop and evaluate store communication strategies that support a convenient shopping experience and align with local behavior.
