Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Merchandising Sales Associate to work as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST) in a single store, handling planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise/fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service.

The role requires retail/merchandising experience, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible shifts with safety in mind; physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute planograms, signage, and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Provide legendary customer service and assist customers while in stores.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on progress and issues.
• Complete store layout initiatives and sign maintenance.
