Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Merchandising Sales Associate to join the Field Activity Support Team (FAST). You will work in a single store, managing start-to-finish tasks like planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting accuracy is expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and work scheduled shifts.
• Execute planograms, signage, price changes and fixture assembly.
• Provide legendary customer service and assist customers in-store.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and store layouts.
• Interact with District FAST Supervisor and team members to update work progress.
