Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Merchandising Sales Associate to join our Field Activity Support Team (FAST) in a single store. You will own and execute planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service.

You will work with store teammates to keep visual standards, complete store layout initiatives, and support other tasks as needed. Reliability, basic computer skills, and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Reading, writing and counting accuracy required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service and address customer needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
