Job summary

You will partner with store leadership to maintain high visual standards, adapt displays to stock, brief colleagues, launch campaigns, and provide style advice to customers. A passion for fashion and strong teamwork are essential; base pay ranges from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Visual Merchandising Manager and Store Manager to deliver high visual standards that exceed customer experience and inspire a great store environment.
• Reflect local customer preferences with on-trend product presentation, windows, and mannequin styling, following Primark guidelines.
• Review and adapt displays to be commercially successful and refresh when stock changes.
• Champion visual merchandising best practices to reflect trends and influence the customer journey.
• Use stock knowledge to support customer queries and offer style advice.
• Provide consultation to colleagues to support visual proposition across the store.
• Launch new campaigns across the store in line with store guidelines and manager input.
• Attend management meetings and team huddles; share updates on trends and campaigns.
• Keep pricing tickets, pictures and POS in line with guidelines.
