Responsibilities

• Partner with Visual Merchandising Manager and Store Manager to deliver high visual standards.
• Reflect local customers in trends through presentation, windows, and mannequin styling.
• Review and adapt displays to be commercially successful and refresh when pieces are unavailable.
• Champion best practices to create displays reflecting trends and guide customer journey.
• Use stock knowledge to support customer queries and style advice.
• Provide consultation to colleagues to support store visual proposition.
• Launch new campaigns across the store and coordinate with the line manager.
• Participate in team huddles and share updates on visual trends and campaigns.
• Maintain all pricing tickets, pictures and POS in line with guidelines.
