Job summary

Primark is seeking a visual merchandiser to act as the creative ambassador for in-store visual merchandising. You will deliver inspiring visual propositions to enhance the customer experience and maximise sales, partnering with VM and Store Managers to elevate standards.

You will reflect current fashion trends through displays, windows, and styling while adhering to brand guidelines and providing expert style advice to customers.

Qualifications

• Previous retail and visual merchandising experience.
• Excellent creative skills that deliver an impactful visual proposition that maximise sales.
• Great people skills with an ability to build and maintain credible working relationships with colleagues.
• The ability to plan work independently and to prioritize work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the VM Manager and Store Manager to deliver high visual standards and customer experience.
• Reflect local customer trends through product presentation, windows, and mannequin styling.
• Review displays to ensure commercial relevance and refresh with alternatives when needed.
• Champion VM best practices to reflect latest trends and influence the customer journey.
• Provide style advice and assist customers with queries.
• Launch new campaigns storewide in line with guidelines.
