Job summary

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Visual Merchandising Manager and Store Manager to deliver high visual standards and inspire customers.
• Reflect local customer trends through product presentation, windows, and mannequin styling.
• Review and adapt displays to be commercially successful and refresh when needed.
• Champion visual merchandising best practices to influence the customer journey.
• Use stock knowledge to support customer queries and provide style advice.
• Provide consultation to colleagues to support the visual proposition store-wide.
• Launch new campaigns across the store adhering to guidelines and reporting to your line manager.
• Participate in management meetings and team huddles with updates on trends and campaigns.
• Maintain pricing tickets, pictures and POS in line with company guidelines.
