Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Converse Brand Representative for visual merchandising in Converse retail environments across assigned territories. The role is an independent contractor position focusing on maintaining brand standards and executing in-store marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities include merchandising, reporting, and collaborating with store teams to maximize brand presence. Requires retail/VM experience and owning a smartphone or tablet for reporting.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or visual merchandising experience preferred.
• Strong passion for Converse brand, footwear and lifestyle fashion.
• Excellent attention to detail and brand presentation.
• Clear, effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and solve on-site issues.
• Must own a smart device with internet access (iOS 16+/Android 13+).

Responsibilities

• Execute visual merchandising per Converse guidelines and store directives.
• Verify installation and visibility of marketing materials.
• Maintain premium product presentation and in-store branding.
• Educate store teams about Converse products and campaigns.
• Build strong relationships with store staff to support sell-through and visibility.
• Submit visit reports with photos and feedback via ThirdChannel app.
