Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Converse Brand Representative for in-store visual merchandising across assigned territories. You will ensure brand standards, set up displays, and maintain marketing collateral to boost in-store presence.

The role requires mobility to different stores, a smart device for reporting, and a passion for Converse footwear and lifestyle fashion. Compensation starts at $24/hour and varies by market and experience.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or visual merchandising experience strongly preferred.
• Passion for Converse brand, footwear, and lifestyle fashion.
• Strong attention to detail and brand presentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time on site.
• Must own a smart device with internet access (iOS 16+/Android 13+).

Responsibilities

• Execute visual merchandising per Converse guidelines and directives.
• Verify installation and visibility of marketing and promotional materials.
• Maintain product presentation standards to ensure a premium in-store experience.
• Educate store associates about Converse products and initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with store teams to support sell-through and visibility.
• Submit store visit reports, including photos and feedback, using the ThirdChannel app.
