Macy’s is hiring a Merchandising Colleague to help deliver a seamless in-store experience. You’ll execute merchandise movement, enhance visual displays, and ensure pricing and signage are accurate.

You will greet customers warmly and assist them, partnering with teams to meet sales goals and provide a hospitality-driven shopping environment. You’ll focus on maintaining organized, inviting spaces, updating signage, replenishing stock, and supporting merchandise moves throughout the day.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Update mannequins and reset floor layouts to align with company directives.

• Greet customers with a warm welcome and offer assistance to meet sales goals.
• Recover floors and fitting rooms, replenish merchandise, and support merchandise moves.
• Highlight loyalty benefits and thank customers as part of service.
