You will collaborate with Visual leadership, Sales teams, and Warehouse Associates to deliver consistent presentations that support product discovery and selling conversations.

The role requires 1–3 years in retail or visual merchandising, with a high school diploma, and travel up to 40% as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or visual merchandising in furniture or large-format environments preferred.
• Must have strong ability to execute floor sets and communicate changes to teams.
• Ability to train Warehouse Associates on floor plans and standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual merchandising plans and floor sets as directed by Visual Managers and Directors.
• Maintain floor plan alignment to support merchandising strategy and product discovery.
• Train Warehouse Associates on floor plans and execution standards.
• Communicate updates to Sales team to strengthen product knowledge.
• Ensure showroom presentation optimizes guest flow and selling priorities.
• Uphold visual standards and brand presentation across departments.
• Identify execution challenges and provide feedback to improve processes.
• Support seasonal transitions and new product launches.
