• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• Experience: 1–3 years in retail or visual merchandising, ideally in a furniture or large-format environment.

Responsabilidades

• Execute visual merchandising plans and floor sets as directed by Visual Managers and Directors, ensuring timely, accurate implementation.
• Maintain floor set alignment to plan to support merchandising and brand strategy.
• Train and coach Warehouse Associates on floor plans and execution standards to drive independent completion.
• Communicate visual updates and floor changes to the Sales team to strengthen product knowledge and selling conversations.
• Ensure showroom presentation optimizes guest flow and product discovery.
