Job summary

American Girl, a Mattel, Inc. subsidiary, seeks a Merchandising Associate to execute visual standards at the retail store level. You will support new product launches, seasonal floor sets, and daily maintenance of product displays.

You’ll work with the visual merchandising team, assist customers, stock merchandise, and help keep planograms aligned with brand standards. The role requires 1–2 years in retail merchandising and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in retail merchandising or related field.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing display window changes, planogram layouts, and graphic updates.
• Create dynamic displays using dolls and products, and keep product knowledge current.
• Maintain store visual standards and assist customers as needed.
