Job summary

J.Crew Group (JCG) through Madewell stores invites energetic Visual Associates to curate a compelling in-store environment. You will design windows and merchandise layouts that draw customers in and reflect brand standards, while contributing to engaging displays on the sales floor.

You'll work with store teams to learn presentation guidelines, support back-of-house operations, and deliver an inclusive shopping experience with attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Ability to set up window displays and merchandise layouts.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfort with learning presentation standards and store systems.

Responsibilities

• Create captivating window displays and merchandise layouts; keep signage up-to-date and organized.
• Execute organized and timely floor sets.
• Work with store management to understand product placement and daily maintenance.
• Keep backstock organized and move products to the sales floor regularly.
• Comply with merchandise receiving and handling guidelines.
• Use store systems and technology effectively.
• Respond to customers with courtesy and respect.
