Job summary

Mathis Home in Oklahoma City is seeking a Visual Merch Tier I for on-site work. The position is full-time and safety sensitive, with driving responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to repetitively lift heavy merchandise up to 20 lbs.
• Effective communication with team members required.
• Ability to work at heights and operate a scissor lift.
• Interior design knowledge preferred; industry exposure beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Change or rotate displays and signage per promotions and inventory.
• Develop ideas for merchandise displays and window decorations.
• Arrange props, furniture, and backdrops for displays.
• Direct Visual Merch Materials Handlers on product placement in bays.
• Assist in arranging bays to highlight promotional items.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
