Job summary

Mathis Home is seeking a PDP Web Merchandiser to manage product content and web merchandising in an all-office setting in Oklahoma City. You will ensure accurate pricing and display, upload images and descriptions, and collaborate with departments to fulfill customer needs.

Responsibilities include answering sales questions, coordinating with factory reps for materials, and assisting with inventory counts. A strong emphasis on customer relations and on-site teamwork is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Maintain utmost confidentiality regarding sales, product plans, advertising, etc.
• Positive attitude when working with customers.
• Knowledge of employment, safety, and merchandise handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure items are available/unavailable, priced correctly, and displayed accurately.
• Enter new product content (images, descriptions & specifications).
• Work with employees across all departments to meet customer needs.
• Assist with any problems associated with web merchandise in conjunction with customer service.
• Work on an organizational level with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
• Answer sales questions about web products, prices, availability, & transfers.
• Recommend advertising opportunities based on web inventory levels.
• Make informed decisions on where to place web merchandise.
• Work closely with factory representatives to obtain product, collection & brand specific material to be used on the web.
• Download/upload photography to product pages.
• Attend weekly walk through to determine sales volume of merchandise on the floor (multiple locations).
• Assist with periodic inventory counts.
• Help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs.
• Use excellent customer relations.
