Job summary

Ashley Furniture Shawnee is seeking a Visual Merch Tier I to support on-site merchandising in Shawnee, OK. This full-time role involves rotating displays, planning setups, and promoting merchandise to maximize sales across bays and promotions.

The position operates Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with an emphasis on safety, customer service, and teamwork. Eligible benefits include health, dental, vision, 401k matching, life insurance, paid vacation, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Heavy lifting up to 20 lbs occasionally and up to 15 lbs frequently.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record in the past three years.
• Experience or education in interior design preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Indoor, climate-controlled work environment.

Responsibilities

• Change or rotate displays and signage as directed.
• Develop ideas for merchandise displays or window decorations.
• Arrange properties, furniture, merchandise, backdrops, and other accessories.
• Provide direction on product placement in each bay.
• Assist with arranging each bay to promote all products, especially promotions.
• Other duties as directed by management.
