Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented team member for HomeGoods in Raleigh. You will execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring Associates process efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience on a busy sales floor.

Responsibilities include coaching Associates, organizing backroom and stock, and maintaining signage and cleanliness. Flexible scheduling, with nights and weekends, is expected in this role.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure efficient processing and team coordination.
• Deliver excellent customer service and engagement.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles.
• Maintain tagged, hung, and coded merchandise.
