Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to ensure accurate signage, pricing, and displays across the store. You will create appealing product displays while keeping customer access in mind.

The role involves customer engagement when opportunities arise, listening to questions, and assisting with product or warranty information. You will work on merchandising resets, pricing validation, and coordination with the Merchandising Services Team to meet store goals and drive better

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to hear, listen, and speak clearly to communicate.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage across the store.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and correct.
• Staging clearance products to drive add-on sales.
• Repair/replace damaged items and signage as needed.
• Communicate priorities with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on in-store service.
