Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate is a key liaison between Merchandising and Store Operations, helping deliver a great shopping experience at Lowe's stores. You will build eye-catching displays, ensure signage accuracy, and maintain safe, accessible product layouts for customers.

The role may involve customer interaction when opportunities arise. You will perform merchandising resets, verify pricing, and collaborate with the team to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items and ensure items are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product signage across the store.
• Confirm pricing labels are visible and replace missing labels.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and organizing displays.
• Repair/replace damaged or missing signage, merchandise, or displays.
• Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
