Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a Merchandising Sales Associate to join the Field Activity Support Team (FAST) within a single store. You will own start-to-finish tasks from planograms to signage, price changes and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service to shoppers.

Responsibilities include completing planograms, maintaining visual standards, assembling PDQs, and updating signage. The role requires flexible shifts, reliable attendance, and a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictive attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store layout initiatives.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Team Members may perform other duties as assigned.
