Pay: $21 - $22.00 per hour (rate based on market and relevant experience)

Expected Hours: 40 hours (Monday-Friday)

Job Title: Visual Merchandiser

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Dates: 6/2-6/6 1 week (project-based)

Job Overview:

Winston Retail is hiring a visual merchandising team to collaborate with a leading sportswear retailer to assist in a store remodel. In this role, you will execute high-level merchandising displays in line with store standards, stocking, and styling mannequins.

Responsibilities:

• Assists in setting up apparel displays; updating fixture signing; and cleaning departments in areas that have been remodeled.
• Execute planograms to optimize product placement with apparel and hardline merchandise.
• Day-to-day engagement – professional and courteous interaction with Winston and store employees.
• A strong work ethic with the ability to work independently, or within a team environment.
• Using our Winston App on a smart device, submit store visit reports, including taking before-and-after photos and writing feedback.
• Smartphones are required for reporting; tablets are not supported. iOS users should use an iPhone 11 or newer, while Android users need a device from 2020 or after with an OS no more than four versions behind the latest.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand on feet the entire shift.

Experience:

• Proven experience in retail apparel merchandising or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives is essential.
• A keen eye for detail and creativity in presenting apparel and hardline merchandise.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
