Job summary

Edikted in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an on-site Visual Merchandiser for a full-time role. You will create compelling garment presentations on the sales floor and windows, guided by the Commercial Guide, and drive in-store opportunities in line with Edikted branding.

You’ll train and support the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, maintain the visual identity, and execute campaigns with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in visual merchandising or store presentation.
• Strong eye for style, trend awareness and brand guidelines.
• Ability to coach and train store staff on visual standards.
• Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set garment presentation on the sales floor and windows per guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify commercial opportunities.
• Execute floor moves and maintain well-styled mannequins and displays.
• Stay up to date with fashion trends and seasonal campaigns.
• Educate the team on seasonal trends and brand standards.
• Ensure high quality customer service and store experience.
• Maintain Edikted Visual Identity and complete daily routines.
• Work safely and in line with store procedures and local regulations.
