Job summary

Edikted is seeking a Visual Merchandiser in Miami to create an inspiring environment that reflects our brand and drives sales. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to set compelling window displays and floor presentations, coach the team on seasonal trends, and ensure a consistent Edikted visual identity across all touchpoints.

The role requires hands-on skills in display setup, mannequin styling, and adherence to safety and merchandising standards while delivering an outstanding customer

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• Strong customer service orientation
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• 1–2+ years transferable experience
• Able to lift 20 pounds+
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• May travel to support other stores

Responsibilities

• Set garment presentation on Sales Floor & Windows according to the Commercial Guide line
• Collaborate with Store Manager to determine commercial opportunities within Edikted brand guidelines
• Execute floor moves based on joint decisions
• Ensure up-to-date fashion trends and share seasonal information with team
• Coach and develop store team on visual standards and campaigns
• Maintain high-quality garment presentation and customer flow
• Launch and manage sales campaigns and activities on time
• Support KPI tracking and store budgeting goals
• Ensure safety and compliance with local legislation and Edikted standards
