Edikted in San Diego seeks a Visual Merchandiser to create inspiring storefronts and in-store environments that drive sales and reflect the Edikted brand. You will guide the store team, implement the visual identity, and ensure high-quality displays daily.

You’ll collaborate with the Store Manager to optimize opportunities, train staff on seasonal trends, and maintain customer-focused service while upholding safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age and able to lift items as needed.
• Passionate about customer service and helping people find their style.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set garment presentation on the sales floor and windows following the Commercial Guide lines.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to identify commercial opportunities within brand guidelines.
• Execute floor moves and maintain high-quality visual displays daily.
• Educate the team on seasonal trends, campaigns, and brand standards.
• Ensure windows and in-store fixtures align with Edikted visual identity.
• Support KPIs and participate in store planning and budget alignment.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization of the visual room.
