Job summary

Edikted in Paramus, NJ is seeking a Visual Merchandiser on-site to create inspiring in-store environments that reflect the Edikted brand and drive sales.

You will lead garment presentation on sales floor and windows, collaborate with Store Manager, and ensure high-quality displays, seasonal storytelling, and a welcoming customer experience. This is a full-time role with benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Customer-focused with an eye for fashion and visual storytelling.
• Able to lift and move display props and mannequins as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set garment presentation on the sales floor & windows according to guidelines.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on commercial opportunities and floor moves.
• Maintain high-quality displays and ensure brand standards are met daily.
• Coach and develop store team on visual merchandising techniques.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and store procedures are followed.
