Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to support one store with end-to-end tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary customer service daily.

The role requires cash handling-like tasks, flexibility, and strong communication to coordinate with the District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations. Shifts vary and require reliability.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Reading, writing and counting abilities.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service to shoppers in-store.
