Job summary

Edikted is seeking a Visual Merchandiser for our The Grove location in Los Angeles to create inspiring in-store experiences. You will lead garment presentations, coordinate with the Store Manager, and ensure the brand’s visual identity drives sales and customer engagement.

You will train and coach frontline staff, adjust displays for campaigns, and maintain windows and floor layouts while upholding Edikted standards, safety, and store metrics.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• Inclusive, positive, creative, and willing to learn on the job.
• Passionate for customer service and helping people find their style.
• Able to lift 20 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Set garment presentation on the Sales Floor & Windows according to Edikted guidelines.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to identify commercial opportunities in-store.
• Execute floor moves and maintain displays; launch campaigns on time.
• Lead visual training and coaching for the store team to support garment presentation.
• Ensure safety, compliance with local legislation, and upkeep of displays.
