Job summary

Edikted in Tampa, FL seeks a Visual Merchandiser to craft compelling garment displays on the sales floor and windows, driving a cohesive Edikted look and customer engagement. You’ll guide the store team to deliver an exciting customer experience aligned with brand standards.

You will lead floor moves, support campaigns, and ensure accurate visual identity while collaborating with the Store Manager to maximize sales and KPIs. This is a full-time, on-site role with benefits.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Inclusive, positive, creative, and willing to learn on the job.
• Passionate for customer service and helping people find their style.
• A multi-tasker who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with an eye for detail.
• 1-2+ years of transferable experience welcome.
• Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items.
• Ability to climb a ladder and use a step stool.
• Must be able to work with hand and power operated tools (Iron, Steamer, etc) and lift in order to execute display setups.
• Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends.
• May be required to travel to support other stores.

Responsibilities

• The Visual Merchandiser will set garment presentation on the Sales Floor & Windows according to the Commercial Guide line.
• Together with the Store Manager, determine additional commercial opportunities within Edikted brand guidelines.
• Execute floor moves based on joint decisions.
• Follow Edikted Visual Identity through the Commercial Guide and keep mannequins styled in windows and in-store.
• Create clear buying stories from windows to A-area with wearable suggestions.
• Launch and maintain all sales campaigns and activities on time.
• Monitor Store KPIs with Store Manager and take actions to reach goals and budgets.
