Target in San Ramon, CA is hiring a Visual Merchandiser to elevate in-store displays and maintain Visual Standards that drive guest engagement. You will work with store leaders to plan daily tasks, stage compelling product presentations, and ensure ISM alignment.

The role requires 18+ years of age and 1–2 years of visual merchandising experience, with a focus on teamwork, flexibility, and guest service excellence. Training is provided and benefits are available.

Formación

• Must be 18+ years old.
• 1–2 years visual merchandising experience.
• Strong communication and guest service mindset.
• Ability to operate handheld scanners and store technology.

Responsabilidades

• Plan daily/weekly visual workload with guidance to meet sales goals.
• Execute weekly visual assessments with leaders to improve guest experience.
• Assess and guide the execution of visual standards across the total store.
• Support the execution of the company Visual Merchandising strategy and ISM.
• Set overhead spotlights to highlight key merchandising presentations.
• Maintain organization of backroom space and signing tools.
