Job summary

Target is hiring a Visual Merchandiser to create engaging in-store experiences and maintain high visual standards. You will plan and execute display workloads, support ISM initiatives, and work with store leaders to optimize guest shopping paths.

You will thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, collaborating with teammates to drive sales while adapting to varying events, promotions, and guest needs. Training is provided to build strong visual merchandising skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding retail environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily/weekly visual workload with leadership guidance to align with sales goals.
• Execute weekly visual assessments and adjust displays to improve guest experience.
• Maintain and apply visual standards across the store to elevate presentations.
• Support and implement the Visual Merchandising strategy and In-Store Marketing (ISM).
• Collaborate with leaders to train and develop team members in visual merchandising skills.
