Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years visual merchandising experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Business acumen and creativity to inspire guests and drive sales.
• Strong understanding of trend and style reflecting the brand.
• Lead and influence store teams to follow processes.
• Communicate across multiple devices and operate scanners.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily/weekly visual workload to meet sales goals.
• Execute visual assessments and improve store visuals.
• Ensure visual standards across the total store.
• Support and validate ISM and visual presentations.
• Train and coach team members in visual merchandising.
• Maintain backroom organization and signing tools.
