Job summary

Target is seeking a Visual Merchandiser in Carrollton, TX to enhance guest experiences through compelling in-store displays and adherence to Visual Standards. You will plan, execute, and refresh merchandise layouts, partnering with leaders to drive sales and maintain brand consistency.

The role requires 1–2 years of merchandising experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule across peak times, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of visual merchandising experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Business acumen and creativity to inspire guests and drive sales.
• Strong understanding of trend and style reflective of our brand.
• Lead and influence store teams to follow processes that support visual merchandising.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other equipment.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible work schedule and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily/weekly visual workload with guidance to meet sales goals and promotions.
• Execute weekly visual assessments with leaders to improve in-store visuals.
• Ensure visual standards are followed across the store to elevate displays.
• Support and implement the Visual Merchandising strategy and ISM across areas of the store.
• Maintain and adjust displays to create inspiring visual moments for guests.
• Collaborate with leaders to onboard and train team members on visual standards.
• Create welcoming experiences by greeting guests during daily tasks.
• Respond to guest needs and help solve specific requests.
