Responsibilities

• Contribute to the total OMNI customer experience in your store by ensuring visual and commercial curation according to guidelines (In-direct).
• Represent the H&M Brand positively during customer interactions (Direct).
• Organize and plan workload according to store activation plan with Store Management and Area Visual Manager.
• Launch and maintain global campaigns and sale activities on time according to Brand Standards.
• Keep garment care, stock levels, and input on allocation with Store Management and Area teams.
• Perform KPI follow-up, identify visual and commercial opportunities with Store Management.
• Create actions to increase customer satisfaction to hit sales targets and store goals in collaboration with Store Management.
• Follow procedures for OMNI services, store operations, and local guidelines with the Store team.
• Keep up-to-date with fashion trends to understand mood boards for styling techniques.
