Qualifications

• Trend-obsessed, fashion-forward mindset and awareness of style/pop culture/retail.
• Ability to style and curate for diverse aesthetics and body types.
• Strong work ethic, independent execution, and speed in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear, effective communication and time-management skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete daily merchandising tasks based on store needs and sales trends.
• Execute floor moves, layout changes, and displays according to visual standards.
• Partner with store leadership to align visuals with business goals.
• Conduct daily visual evaluations and provide insights to improve execution and drive performance.
• Assist customers with AKIRA styling service or connect them with stylists when available.
