AKIRA is seeking a Visual Operations Manager to lead visual and operational aspects of the store, managing a team of 4–20. You will interpret sales data, design impactful displays, and craft visual stories that drive results, balancing artistry with analytics.

Responsibilities include prioritizing merchandising tasks, executing displays, collaborating with leadership, and elevating the customer experience through the AKIRA styling journey. The role demands early shifts and occasional late nights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in visual merchandising.
• Strong knowledge of fashion and current trends.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to work early mornings and occasional late nights.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize in-store merchandising tasks daily by assessing aesthetics and data.
• Execute floor layouts, displays, and mannequin styling per guidelines.
• Communicate with store management to align merchandising with sales.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain standards and assist in all tasks.
• Summarize weekly visual and operations evaluations and plan next steps.
• Support customer experience by connecting customers to stylists and aiding on floor.
