AKIRA is seeking a Visual Operations Manager to oversee all visual and operational aspects of the store, leading a team of 4 to 20. The role blends creativity with strategy, interpreting sales data to design impactful displays that drive results while balancing artistry with analytics.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in visual merchandising, strong fashion knowledge, and the ability to work early mornings or occasional late nights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in visual merchandising.
• Strong knowledge of fashion and current trends.
• Efficient and quick-paced, whether working independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to work early mornings and/or occasional late nights.
• Excited to contribute to a dynamic and fun work environment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Flexible with scheduling, including extended hours when needed.

Responsabilités

• Independently prioritize in-store merchandising tasks each day by assessing aesthetic needs, analyzing and incorporating weekly selling data.
• Effectively execute all in-store merchandising tasks according to company guidelines, including floor layouts, floor moves, rack, table, wall and accessory displays, plus mannequin styling and promotional displays.
• Communicate regularly with store management to ensure merchandising meets business needs and supports sales.
• Partner with leadership to maintain standards across the store and participate in all tasks; perform cleaning tasks during display changes.
• Complete daily and weekly visual and operations evaluations; summarize tasks and plan next steps to drive the business forward.
• Support customer experience by aligning store visuals with sales goals; connect customers to stylists and assist on floor, cash wrap, and fitting rooms to ensure smooth service.
