Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 to 2 years of visual merchandising experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Business acumen and creativity to inspire guests and drive sales.
• Strong understanding of trend and style reflective of brand.
• Lead and influence store teams to follow processes that support visual merchandising.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.

Aufgaben

• Plan and execute daily/weekly visual workload with guidance to meet sales goals and events.
• Perform weekly visual assessments and collaborate with leaders to improve store visuals.
• Ensure visual standards are applied across the store to elevate presentations.
• Support and implement the Visual Merchandising strategy and In-Store Marketing across relevant areas.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and skill development in visual standards.
• Demonstrate safety, inclusivity, and ethical conduct in all tasks.
• Greet guests and provide welcoming, helpful service throughout shifts.
• Operate cash-handling tasks and assist with store operations as needed.
