Target is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to enhance the guest experience through elevated visual presentations and strict adherence to brand standards. You will manage daily visual workloads, support ISM campaigns, and lead efforts to maintain engaging product displays in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of visual merchandising experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Business acumen and creativity to drive sales.
• Strong understanding of current trends and brand style.
• Ability to communicate across multiple devices and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily/weekly visual workload with guidance to meet sales goals and events.
• Execute weekly visual assessments to improve store presentation.
• Ensure Visual Merchandising standards are followed across the store.
• Support and implement the company Visual Merchandising strategy and ISM elements.
• Greet guests and provide welcoming, helpful service throughout shifts.
• Collaborate with leaders to maintain inspiring visual moments.
